Create shape by focussing on weight lifting & getting strong.
Upper/ Lower Split
Expect lower reps and heavier weights across an upper/ lower training split.
Your Training
The Build + Shape Program offers 4 or 5 training days per week for beginners, intermediate, and advanced trainers.
Programs are updated every 4 weeks to ensure you're continuously seeing progress.
Pair with the Build + Shape Nutrition Goal for the best muscle growing results, the maintenance calorie goal will also pair well with this program.
