Workout style:
All programs are strength and hypertrophy-focused, with a small amount of cardio and core designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced trainers available as 3, 4, or 5 days per week.
Adele's Journey
Adele's relationship with strength training isn't about physical transformation. It's about confidence, consistency, and mental wellbeing.
She began weight training in 2015 and moved into powerlifting in 2017, where her focus shifted from how she looked to what her body could do. After struggling with mindset and mental health in her early twenties, the gym became a key tool for consistency and mental wellbeing. Better You has been created from that journey.
Today, Adele lives a balanced lifestyle and trains consistently 3-4 times per week. Having been a member and training with TWS for the past two years, strength training remains a non-negotiable in her life, supporting her mental health, confidence, and sense of self.
