What happens when I finish Fit + Strong? | Fit + Strong is available for 2 months worth of programming, once complete you can swap to any of our other training goals |

Can I swap training goals throughout my membership? | Yes, you can swap every 4 weeks (or email to change earlier), however we recommend sticking to the same goal for at least 2 months before swapping. |
