What happens when I finish Boxing x Strength? Boxing x Strength has 8 weeks worth of programming available, if you love this, we recommend swapping to our Fit + Strong Program - simply update your goals in the app when notified.
Can I swap training goals throughout my membership? Yes, you can swap every 4 weeks (or email to change earlier), however we recommend sticking to the same goal for at least 2 months before swapping.
Do I also get a meal plan with this program? Yes you do! All TWS Memberships come with a custom meal plan for you and your goals
