What happens when I finish Fit + Strong? Fit + Strong is available for 2 months worth of programming, once complete you can swap to any of our other training goals
Can I swap training goals throughout my membership? Yes, you can swap every 4 weeks (or email to change earlier), however we recommend sticking to the same goal for at least 2 months before swapping.
Do I also get a meal plan with this program? Yes you do! All TWS Memberships come with a custom meal plan for you and your goals
